Dr. Kim Ingram - Secretary
Dr. Kim Ingram is a goal-driven higher education and career development leader with over 20 years of experience in community colleges, technical schools, and workforce training. She currently serves as CEO of On Track College Coaching, where she provides academic and career coaching to high school and college students, develops educational products, and publishes resources to support student success.
In addition, Dr. Ingram is a Trainer for Harris County Election Services, delivering in-person instruction on election procedures, processes, and voting equipment to groups of 50–100 election judges and clerks. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Houston Community College, where she designs and teaches student success courses in both online and in-person formats.
Previously, Dr. Ingram held multiple leadership roles at Houston Community College, including ADA Counselor, Senior Advisor, and Interim Advising Manager. In these positions, she guided students in identifying academic and career pathways, provided disability accommodations, monitored student progress, and managed a team of 30 advisors and staff across two campuses.
Dr. Ingram earned her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Sam Houston State University, a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Radio, TV, and Film from the University of Southern Mississippi.
A published author and accomplished trainer, Dr. Ingram is recognized for her creativity, leadership, and ability to empower students and professionals to achieve their goals.
